Welcome to Redhill Grange Bed and Breakfast

Redhill Grange is a 300 year old barn which has recently been converted into luxury accommodation.

It is set in the beautiful Monmouthshire countryside yet is only a 10 minute walk from the historic market town of Monmouth.

Redhill Grange is ideal for short breaks, either for business or leisure.

Motorcyclists and cyclists are welcome.

 

Accommodation

The rooms have been tastefully decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind. Each room is supplied with complementary tea and coffee and towels are provided.

The rooms are available for £70 or £80 per night which includes a full english breakfast.

Each room has it's own en-suite bathroom and is provided with flatscreen television and WiFi connection.


About your hosts, Catherine and Martin Harmer

Catherine is a qualified nurse and complementary therapist.

She is able to provide the following treatments if required:

  • Massage
  • Aromatherapy
  • Hot stone massage
  • Reflexology

Martin is a builder and property developer specialising in barn conversions and house renovations.


How to find us

Redhill Grange Bed & Breakfast enjoys good access from the A40.

If you are travelling from the north or east via the A40 continue past Monmouth through the traffic lights at the A466 junction.

If you are travelling from the south via the A466 turn left onto the A40 at the traffic lights at the A40 junction.

Go over the River Monnow then exit left just before the tunnels.
Go up to the next junction and turn right.
Take the first slip road to the left.
Go to the end of the road then turn left onto Wonastow Road.
Keep on that road for almost a mile and you will see our sign on the right hand side.

If you are travelling from the west via the A40 turn left down the slip road immediately after the tunnels.
Turn left at the roundabout then take the first turning to the right. Go to the end of the road and turn left onto Wonastow Road.
Keep on that road for almost a mile and you will see our sign on the right hand side.


Things to do whilst you're here

Redhill Grange Bed & Breakfast is an ideal location with a large number of places to see and things to do just an easy drive away.

There is a well appointed coarse fishing centre next door.

Tintern Abbey and The Wye Valley

Discover the Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty that borders England and South Wales across the three counties of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Monmouthshire.

For adventure-seekers, there is mountain-biking, treetop zip wires, kayaking and much more.

For a more relaxed experience, the area is ideal for walking, enjoying the flora and fauna, visiting castles, museums and cathedrals.

Cycling tracks abound for families of all ages.

You may want the high adventure of the spectacular mountains, lakes, rivers or caves or the quiet relaxation and family activities to be found in the comfortable towns and villages around, steeped in history and tradition.
